“Wildfire can not burn it out,  Spring breeze blows it back to life”
This piece was thrown on the wheel in two halves and joined together. Due to the complexity of using a regular pencil to sketch and reserve the white areas while painting with cobalt solution, as well as the use of an oil-based ceramic marker for the deep blue, it has been fired multiple times—until the final glaze firing completed the process.
