We are moving into the second week of hand-building projects. In this video, I will show you the basic technique of slab building using a former to create a basic cylinder shape. Then you can combine pinching and coiling to start creating a master piece!

This video shows you what you need and what you can expect from the slab building projects next week. You will need: rolling pin, rolling guilds (can use a pair of chopsticks), rolling fabric (tea towel for example), a ruler, a former (wrapped in two layers of paper) and normal stuffs like a bowl of water, sponge, clay, folks and knife, and a brush.
